1. Can this be installed on an Indian toilet

No. In fact, it was difficult to fit on the western toilet too, so I had to return it. 

2. Is it easy to install for any commode?

Yes, on a normal europian style commode seat you need to just tighten two screws of commode elevated seat. You can do it yourself in 5 minutes and the new seat after fixation is also quite comfortable. If patients height is less than 5ft 3inches suggested to buy 4 inches seat.

3. what are all the available colours?

There is no option for other Color in this commode elevated seat

4. Is it easy to install for any commode?

Yes, it is very easy to install on only western seats of normal standard size. It is not suitable for Indian Seats.  

5. Will the commode elevated seat fit correctly to a rectangularly shaped commode?

No, it won’t fit the rectangular Commode.
